Our Beamcut has an advanced 360 degree robotic arm, photo laser profiling vision system, and a 65 foot conveyor system that can handle complex cuts on all structural steel shapes up to 36 inch in diameter with consistent accuracy.

Equipped with XPR300 Hypertherm plasma technology it can cut mild steel up to 2 inch thick, stainless steel and aluminum 0.625 inch thick.

Our Beamcut replaces traditional punches, drill lines, band saws, coping and grinding stations and can layout and mark future production requirements with this all in one machine.
